Paul Stone of Emerald Windows (215/236-6767). They do it all and are 
reliable and do good work. We got storm windows installed but they 
specialize in replacement windows, wood and otherwise.

Brad King, at King Tu at 4817 Woodland is a local guy (raised in the
neighborhood, father ran King Hardware on the same block of Woodland and now
lives with family on 46th Street) who specializes in windows and doors.  His
phone number is 215-727-7610.  He has done work at my house and I was very
pleased.
