If you object to, support, or wish to have an input on the specifics of
the design for this, in addition to contacting the Zoning Board of
Adjustments, contact Friends of Clark Park (www.friendsofclarkpark.org/ ) and
the
Spruce Hill Community Association (_www.sprucehillca.org/_
(http://www.sprucehillca.org/) ) -- both having more collective weight of
membership than
individuals with respect to Zoning Board deliberations.

Also, contact Marty Cabry, Councilwoman Blackwell's point-person on zoning
issues (_marty.cabry@phila.gov_ (mailto:marty.ca...@phila.gov) ); Mrs
Blackwell's stand on the matter also gets special attention from the ZBA.

"92-unit complex proposed for 43rd and Baltimore, across from Clark Park"

This is good, very good.  Maybe we can finally get rid of the prostitutes, drug addicts, and gangs who live in the dilapidated used houses without tax abatements.

But we also need a beer garden for the good good consumers.  If the Good go shopping for upscale perfumes and pork rinds at the farmers market destination, they will want to sit at the Clark Park gravel pit and have an upscale beer!  (I hope they change the name of the Clark Park beer garden to Tony's Bank of America Pit.)

What we need is a corporate Clark Park partnership, with gated closed meetings and iron secrecy, in case loud mouth wankers tell their lies against these vital amenities for the Good!  Maybe we can convince Tony, Frank, and Judas to be volunteer liaisons with the corporate partnership.  They work so very hard to improve this abandoned industrial wasteland for Penn and Wall St, by attacking loud mouth dissenters.

But first, we need the real estate ladies and well armed barking cheese gang to team up with Penn and use the censored listserv to get the property taxes raised on the criminals in their used dilapidated houses. You know those bad creatures, the very very bad ones, will try to destroy the good works of the Good instead of putting their money where their mouths are.

Ask yourself, if the West Philly prostitutes, drug addicts, and gangs aren't evil, why don't they have tax abatements and taxpayer grants too  And why do the good police, the very very good police, arrest them when they drink beer

i better shut up.  The Good have forbidden me, for over a decade, from commenting about Predator Drone Park or this cleaner and safer shoppers paradise.  I love the very Good so very very much.

A bad loudmouth

PS:  does anyone know how much the taxpayer grants will be for this very very good project?
