Re: [UC] FYI - CVS TEMPORARY CLOSURE

2003-10-22 Thread Naomi
Title: Re: [UC] FYI - CVS TEMPORARY CLOSURE

I just called the 42nd St CVS and a man answered and said they hope to reopen tomorrow afternoon. He said,
The inspector told us there were repairs that needed to be made and we were not allowed to stay open until they were completed. We have an inspector scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday) at 10am so we hope to be able to open tomorrow afternoon. I went to court yesterday to try and fight them forcing me to close but they made me anyway.
They are referring Pharmacy needs to the 49th St store. I asked about prescriptions called in recently to the 42nd store and he said the pharmacy is sealed closed and there won't be a pharmacist to answer questions until tomorrow afternoon at the earliest.

As I leave for vacation tomorrow morning, I'm hoping 49th St is able to help.
