Hey- I was just trying to provide some helpful motivation.
The word on the street is that the combination of the long winter, your
inactivity and love of chocolate, combined with dissertation-related stress
had taken quite a toll and led to, how shall I say this kindly, your losing
that fighting trim. I thought that if you had to publicly post
photographs of say, your ass, on a weekly basis it might get you into the
gym and back into fighting shape.
If you don't want to make the commitment to change, I understand.

Now that we are privy to your gym selection, are you going to keep us
updated
on your fitness progress? I was thinking that a weekly text log, along with
progress photographs (the before and after variety) would provide
sufficient
motivation for you to get serious about going to the gym. I am sure that
everyone would be very supportive.
