Thanks for the information. Why wouldn't he report it? It's important to be able to establish a pattern of this type of incidents, even if there is no obvious benefit to the victim. And, if someone does get caught, people will be needed to verify the identification. Hit in the face with a brick? The perpetrator is totally without regard for others.
