This whole thing sounded a little weird, so I didn't bother to respond -- you said that Penn's for-profits are being assessed by the NID, but that Mt. Aiery's university's for-profits aren't, and this some how makes UCD's NID bad, ... I don't get that, and I doubt I'm going to.
