what's funny (or maybe sad, or pathetic -- depending on your 
pov) is watching you and others continue trying to 
legitimize a bid for this neighborhood. penn's ucd has made 
it publicly clear that ucd has a history of corruption, that 
it is in violation of irs policy, and that it has alienated 
blackwell.

This whole thing sounded a little weird, so I didn't bother to respond
-- you said that Penn's for-profits are being assessed by the NID, but
that Mt. Aiery's university's for-profits aren't, and this some how
makes UCD's NID bad, ... I don't get that, and I doubt I'm going to. I
certainly get that they've alienated the Councilwoman, but how is UCD
in violation of irs policy? what are you talking about?

a misunderstanding on your part, not a deliberate attempt to mislead readers of 
the listserv.
