The build fails due to distro-info[1] package throwing DistroDataOutdated as there is no update for the current development version (lunar is released). The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-dev- tools/0.193ubuntu2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
