Ok, here's another try: > sudo SDL_VIDEODRIVER=fbcon SDL_FBDEV=/dev/fb0

It doesn't change anything. It still the same problem. It's like on
first movie again. Cursor is back to that left upper corner when i lift
my finger, and there is no action.

Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] Cannot enter my password

2018-11-01 Thread Soulman

Still have a tiny problem though: I set a new name and PW and that
works. So player and WEB GUI asks for the credentials, I type them in,
all good. The Mac's systemcontrol/LMS panel however also asks for name
and PW after selecting the "information" panel. And it does *not*
accept name and PW. Shouldn't that be the same?

Awesome Instructions! Many thanks for your time. I still have an
Squeezebox Classic which I using in conjunction with a Vortexbox image
on a VM. I recently upgraded my home server to Centos 7.5 and was
looking for some simple instructions to save me some time. This was just
what the Dr. ordered. -- Thanks again.

Please try to start jivelite directly instead of using the jivelite
startup script.
Run this: sudo SDL_VIDEODRIVER=fbcon SDL_FBDEV=/dev/fb0
SDL_MOUSEDEV=/dev/input/event0 SDL_MOUSEDRV=TSLIB
/opt/jivelite/bin/jivelite &

Xyzzy, there is nothing when I try cat /proc/bus/input/devices.
If I plug my usb mouse, I can see the mouse but there is no touchscreen.
May be I missed something in the install process?
