Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] Debian repository for arm (armel) architecture
sim909;636316 Wrote: Currently there is support only for i386 and amd64 architectures. However, for those on an armel architecture all there is to do to install squeezeboxserver is download the .deb file and install it manually. In fact, both i386 and amd64 sections point to the same files on the pool, so my guess would be that simply adding the armel section to point to the same pool files would be enough. I guess the reason installing the .deb files on arm arch works is that such .deb files already include binaries for the arm architecture. So, could we have a repo for arm achitecture? +1, it would save Sheevaplug users like myself much Googleing. Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] SqueezeCenter DB scan misses artists
Thanks kdf, So no clues as to why squeezecenter can't see 99% of the music in my music folder. If I do a clear and rescan the results the same, my scanner.log is blank. Just seems squeezecenter doesn't work. -- maxol maxol's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=16823 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=45918 ___ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] SqueezeCenter DB scan misses artists
The second it would seem. If I check Users and groups in Ubuntus' Administration there is only myself and root. Where might I expect to find the user squeezecenter? Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] SqueezeCenter DB scan misses artists
I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling SqueezeCenter but the outcome is exactly the same. When I check the server.log I see these lines which may offer a clue. -- 2008-04-23 04:53:47 squeezecenter_safe started. Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] SqueezeCenter DB scan misses artists
I have the same problem, I tried uninstalling and upgrading to SqueezeCenter Version: 7.0.1 - 18680 but no luck. Strangely SqueezeCenter will recognise 3 artists (out of several hundred), these are ones I added after originaly installing slimserver and upgrading to SquuezeCenter. My Scanner.log is also blank, I'm running Ubuntu Gutsy 64. -- SqueezeCenter Version: 7.0.1 - 18680 @ Fri Apr 11 07:29:31 PDT 2008 - Debian - EN - utf8 Server IP address: 192.168.*.** Perl Version: 5.8.8 x86_64-linux-gnu-thread-multi MySQL Version: 5.0.45-Debian_1ubuntu3.3 Platform Architecture: x86_64-linux -- maxol maxol's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=16823 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=45918 ___ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
