[SlimDevices: Unix] Optimal settings for Amanero USB
I use a RPi4 4gb and PCp6.00 and use USB to connect to a DAC w Amanero Combo 384 USB input. When I use the USBAudio setting in the drop down menu it plays well, but the start of the song (1/10th of a second maybe) is cut off. For example on New Orders - Blue Monday, the first drum beat is missing. Im plugging directly into my DAC/Preamp, which has an Amanero USB input. Sound is fine from both PCM and DSD, but the first tenths of seconds of the songs is missing. Like the first bar is missing. Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] ANNOUNCE: piCorePlayer 4.0.0
I have set up a system with picore clients for many years. Now I have tried the Pi3B+ as a LMS server, and it is probably the fastest version I have played with (as compaired to Vortexbox, PC, MAC installs) My library is about 9 tunes in 7000 albums, and the scan seems to never run full, it stops around halfway through. A clean swipe and scan looks like: First instance Finding files catalougues is completed in 5mins, which is very fast. Second instance also runs fine Leta efter filer/kataloger: /mnt/nas (99808 av 99808) Fullständig 00:08:34 Söka igenom nya musikfiler: /mnt/nas (10134 av 87488) Fullständig 00:11:38 Mediesökningen avslutades oväntat (Sökningsförlopp) Total tid: 00:20:12 (19 January 2019 / 10:27) After Second instance it reads "Media search terminated unexpectedly" Both the Picore and the NAS runs on a wired gigabit network, both have reserved ip addresses in the router. Any clues? nimnul's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13492 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109404 ___ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
