Hi kidstypike, I believe a tweaked Jivelite "now playing" screen can be created , as there are quite a few of them already. If you install Jivelite from the PCP package, you will have access to famous VU meters too. I assume your feature request is not unique, I myself would like that too, but decided not to give it my time now.
