[SlimDevices: Unix] piCorePlayer 7.0.1: asound.conf - Configuration

There is a nice feature under [Main Page] in [Beta] mode > [Extras] >
[Asound] to configure things like volume balance and stereo/mono/swap
channels.

I used it in previous releases of piCorePlayer. Think it was 5; now I am
on 7.0.1

This feature is not working anymore. If I leave the field output setting
filled, my changes are not recognized. If I empty this field squezzelite
is not working anymore. Under previous release I have emptied this field
and everything was nicely working with all available features.

Hardware setup is sill the same.

Any ideas to get it working again.
