Subject: [uportal-dev] Recent CSS update

Gary,

A few questions and comments about the recent CSS update.
-The text in the portlet chrome title bars seems a bit light.
-The defaults for table borders seems to have changed and enabled them,
this has the potential to visually break a lot of portlets.
-The difference in the UI for a locked portlet doesn't seem to actually
describe that the portlet is locked.
-The borders around the links in the sidebar seem either too stand out a
lot more than the previous version.
