* Essential Skills Required: *


*Experience with SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2012

> Must have production and/or development database administration experience

> Experience creating, upgrading, and administrating SQL Server database
servers

> Ability to install, backup, restore, monitor, plan capacity, replicate,
recover, tune performance, design, and troubleshoot

> Experience administrating database accounts according to department
security and account management policies

> Experience in multi-node setup, clustering, and load balancing

> Experience with SQL Server management tools such as SQL Server Management
Studio and SQL Server Enterprise Manager

> Experience developing stored procedures, database triggers, and scripts
in Transact-SQL

> SSIS and SSRS experience preferred
>Installation of software in stand-alone and replicated environments

>Backup technologies from MySQLDump, MySQLbinlog, XtraBackup, Enterprise
Backup for full and differential.

>High-availability implementations such as MySQL replication and sharding.

>Task scripting, monitoring, and performance evaluation techniques.

>MySQL routine experience from triggers, stored-procedures to events.

>MySQL security issues, from hardening installations to user-management and
SSL.

>In-situ upgrade management
>Must be a self starter and be able to work on multiple complex projects

*RIM Developer & Crystal Reporting Resource
**Job Description*: Position will focus on RIM modifications: coordinating
and prioritizing application enhancements with the supporting organization
as well as working with a matrixed team to develop the next generation of
issues tracking and management; Creation of reports for the RIM system for
management reporting and tracking.

*Tasks
*- Maintain and implement requested enhancements to the client RequestIM
(RIM) system
- Facilitate discussions with RIM workgroup to define and prioritize
enhancements
- Create BusinessObjects WebIntelligence reports off the RIM database for
publication to the users and update associated universes
- Design, develop, and implement an appropriate development, test, and
production environment and association promotion process for RIM
