They have their own homegrown workflow engine. If they have no experience with workflow but has experience will similar applications such as applications that take user roles and generate tasks is okay. *Technical Skills:* * *C#.NET with .NET Framework 3.5/4.0* * *Winforms is required* * *Remoting knowledge is useful not required * * Server Side Development - Less hard technical skills compared to multi-threading and the threading is abstracted away. Basic knowledge of multi-threading is required. Object Modeling and Designing is what they really consider Server Side Development - Write Stored Procedures to return data into the middle-tier and then while in the middle-tier model objects successfully * SQL - stored procedures, queries, database modeling, and database logic coding; the more you know is better * Design Patterns - basic knowledge; they are not heavy on them * WPF - Growing and expanding in their environment. Not necessary to have, but will be beneficial.
