*Job Title* Hyperion Consultant *Project Location* TX-Texas/Westchase Houston *Duration* 6 months /Contract *Interview mode-Telephonic+Skype* *Skills Required and Job Description:* Hyperion experience needed HCM(70%) and Planning(30%) Hyperion installation has been completed and configuration has been completed. Consultant will work with the business and understand a more efficient way to run reports and utilize the HFM system that has been highly customized. This is primarily a functional role but will work on some enhancements that may be needed. Primarily responsible for HCM understanding business processes and workflows, able to work with current Hyperion design and make adjustments to create a better process for reporting. Consultant will be customer facing to get requirements and understand customization that is already in place. Secondarily will be responsible to for troubleshooting and customer support for Hyperion Planning. Required skills Experience with working with Financial applications- Capital Expenditures, Financial Planning, Workforce Planning- custom applications 3+ years HFM experience with some FDM- able to build apps or implementation experience 1-2 years Hyperion Planning Good communication skills FYI- Oracle Hyperion Financial Management is a financial consolidation and reporting application built with advanced Web technology.
