*Required Skills:*
7+ years experience in a Business Analyst role
Experience in gathering business requirements is required
Experience documenting requirements in a standard format is required
Experience in facilitating and leading requirements meetings is required
Should have a leadership mentality and desire to lead small BA projects or
team members on certain projects
would be desired
*Desired Skills:*
--Experience with industry business analysis best practices strongly desired
--CBAP Certification or involvement in IIBA a HUGE plus!!
--Experience writing use cases a plus
--Experience interacting with developers and testers to solidify
requirements a plus
--Experience with life and annuities is a plus
--Insurance experience not required but would be a plus
