Job Description :
Perform review, analysis, and evaluation of business systems, user needs, and functional applications. The BSA writes detailed requirements of user needs, problems, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs for more effective business use and to gather data and give a preliminary analysis to clients, senior level analyst, developers, and Project Managers.
Candidates must have following skill-sets:
• Implementation experience on major vendor delegation model
• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Ability to perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business requirement are understood
• Able to take requirements and devise an overall functional architecture and solution on how the system can meet those requirements
• Must have experience in Healthcare industry
• creation of business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Excellent communication skills
Must have one of these skill sets:
1. Dental- BA
2. Pega-BA
3. Siebel-BA
