*Business analyst with BI and EDI experience Location: Milwaukee, WI 6+ Months
* JOB SUMMARY: Under limited supervision, work with Project Managers, Technical Designers and Developers, and key business stakeholders to identify and document BI and EDI requirements for both internal and external customers. This position also demonstrates leadership in the team environment. Work with Project Managers and other key stakeholders (IT, BI, EDI, and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)) to develop and document EDI requirements in clear, accurate, and meaningful, manner. Consult with business stakeholders to evaluate options and recommend solutions in line with BI's long term goals. Develop reusable templates and maintain Business Systems Analyst methodology. Perform data analysis and research in support of requirements definition Facilitate requirements and solutioning sessions. Provide mentoring and consultative services in support of definition of the long term BI and EDI roadmap. Required Skills JOB REQUIREMENTS: Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral and written communication skills. Excellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details. Minimum 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst, Report Analyst or Developer, or EDI Analyst Must have demonstrated progressive levels of responsibility, experience and leadership.
