This includes analysis of TP inquiries, troubleshooting errors, tracing data through EDI translation and applications systems. Additionally this position will be responsible for developing new MAPS and Business Processes to support new and enhanced business requirements. SAP PI Experience is required! The Senior EDI Support and Development Analyst will use their knowledge of EDI standards, versions, and document types to provide recommendations on how business goals can be achieved through the use of EDI. This individual will be called upon to interface with various internal & external partners, providing recommendations and expertise on how EDI can facilitate B2B transactions. *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintains day to day set up, training, and follow up for users of systems Updates content and works with internal customers to keep operational content current and relevant to internal and external audiences Understands the business reporting requirements and how existing tools can be utilized to meet those needs Drives continuous productivity via process improvements and technology related opportunities Listens to customer concerns on ease of use and appropriateness of content to develop recommendation for enhancements or changes *KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Effectively builds relationship with individuals at all levels of the organization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing daily support activities and projects, meeting all deadlines as assigned.
