*Senior Business Analyst*

*Responsibilities:*

- Mainly supports issue resolution for cases spanning multiple complex
Enrollment and Billing processes.

- Where gaps or issues are discovered in current processes, conducts
thorough root cause analysis to target solutions that will resolve complex
business/technical issues.

- When new functionality is in consideration:

- Serves as a liaison between the internal business community, various
project teams and technical teams in order to aid the development of
technical solutions which meet end user needs.

- Gathers and documents both As-Is and To-Be flows (some spanning multiple
functional areas) to identify gaps and redundancies in order to evaluate
and define new business solutions.

- Supports the design and review of test cases.

- Identifies where new SOPs and training are necessary and acts as a key
resource and liaison with Training dept.



*Requirements:*

- Experience in production support. Role is primarily supporting enrollment
issue resolution.

- Excellent critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership skills. Must have
written (technical) and verbal communication skills. Needs to be able to
lead discussions with all levels of stakeholders and drive to consensus.
Must be able to quickly learn and effectively communicate.

- Needs to be able to liaise well between business SMEs, leadership,
project, technical and training teams and work well with different
personalities and work styles and in an independent fashion.

- Ability to highlight and identify areas of inefficiency, redundancy and
gaps in processes.

- Ability to elicit and analyze requirements into a complete, coherent and
organized document, then build consensus to validate and finalize the
requirements in the business requirements document.

*- Ability to document complex business processes using appropriate
modeling techniques (workflow, business process, use case, activity
diagram, etc.).*

*- ACA/Healthcare Exchange experience preferred.*

*- Knowledge and background of related technologies and tools (FACETS
and/or Pega) preferred.*

*- Solid business understanding of Enrollment and/or Billing functions
(including enrollment and billing reconciliation and automated enrollment),
preferably in the Consumer/Individual market segment preferred.*

- Share point user experience preferred.

- Process Improvement experience preferred.
