Serve as Subject Matter Expert on PeopleSoft TAM 9.2 and its capabilities
for enhancing efficiency and automation of recruiting process.



Consultant must have minimum:



*         Three years of functional consulting experience with PeopleSoft
9.1, specifically TAM.



*         One year of functional consulting experience with PeopleSoft TAM
9.2.



*         Experience configuring PeopleSoft TAM 9.2 with Talemetry.



*         Functional background within HR recruiting.



*         Knowledge of underlying records and fields for HCM modules: Human
Resources, Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Integration
Broker.



Work Details

Scope of Activity:







*         Provide an overview of full functionality of PeopleSoft TAM 9.2
module.



*         Make recommendations to leverage additional functionality
currently not being utilized.



*         Develop configuration document with "phased approach" addressing
additional functionality for PeopleSoft TAM 9.2, including configuration of
Talemetry.



*         Improve business processes through automation of employment
applications. Create PeopleSoft TAM 9.2 training document and workflows for
the
Recruiting team for both current and future functionality

*   Configuration document to aid HRIS and ITS teams with implementation of
additional TAM 9.2 functionality.

  *   Development of new business processes and documented workflows based
on new functionality.

  *   Implementation of Talemetry, online application, and E-signature
functionality.

  *   Recruiter training document and workflows for PeopleSoft TAM 9.2.
