· Familiar with MYSQL recent software release and understanding of
current best practices

· Performing Installation and configuration of MySQL database
software

· Performing Installation and configuration of MySQL database and
assisting application team in data modeling , performance tuning etc.

· Well versed with MySQL High Availability and Disaster Recovery
methodologies

· Managing and Operating MySQL database as well as the overall
system health aspects through standard monitoring toolsets



*Here is the JD.*

· Proficient in setting up high availability databases. Currently,
this needs to be setup for consumer facing websites

· Day-to-day maintenance of database (monitoring, permissions etc)

· Performance Tuning

· Installation

· Data Modelling
