*POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY*

At NCR, we have exciting plans to enrich of our sales and customer
experience through improvements of our Salesforce platform. There are
active Agile Scrum-based initiatives to upgrade our Salesforce Sales and
Community clouds to Lightning as well as plans to add additional
capabilities to the platform, namely: to build a robust Sales CRM on the
Sales Cloud, enhance our NCR Partner Portal based on the Partner Community
Cloud, as well as improve our NCR Customer Success Portal on our Customer
Community cloud, just to name a few.



We are looking of a strong, passionate and an experienced Business Analyst
to manage the business requirements for our Salesforce-based initiatives,
work with business owners and other team members to drive in identifying
opportunities to streamline enterprise processes, lead & execute the
business requirements gathering and user story creation process, manage the
requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle, actively
participate in definition of functional specifications and lead the
deployment of the new business processes and IT solutions. This role will
actively participate in the testing phase of the requirement and user
stories to make to ensure a quality deliverable back to our business owners.



*Key Areas of Responsibility include:*

•       Team with NCR’s internal Sales organizations to identify and
document requirements and processes that support their business objectives
and initiatives

•       Be the knowledge expert and point of contact for the complete
Salesforce technology stack and solutions and keep stakeholders informed of
Salesforce technology roadmaps.

•       Convert business requirements to functional requirements
(solutions) then collaborate with the development team to design and
develop solutions that support our business partners objectives and
initiatives

•       Perform user and support personnel training

•       Create quick solution concepts, prototypes to visualize solution
being proposed

•       Craft thorough business facing requirement documents, use cases,
and stories

•       Strong skills to lead large senior business teams and manage
expectations

•       Collaborate with virtual project and development teams

•       Define measurable project benefits and returns on investment

•       Bring large and diverse project teams together towards a common goal



*BASIC QUALIFICATIONS*

•       Requires BS/BA in related discipline and 5+ years of experience in
Business Analysis OR MS/MA and 3 years of experience in related field.
Will consider additional industry experience in lieu of degree.

•       5 years of IT Business Analysis

•       5 years of Salesforce advanced administration and/or development

•       Selling cycle processes knowledge Market to Lead, Lead to
Opportunity, Quote to Order, Order to Cash

•       Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator with a minimum of
ADM-301 or equivalent -- especially in Sales Cloud and Communities

•       Independent thinker, highly strategic-creative, driven, and
energetic

•       Strong negotiation, influencing, expectation management, and
anticipation skills

•       Excellent communication and presentation skills

•       Strong business process modelling skills

•       Experience in defining, leading and executing IT testing plans



*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*

•       Experience with Salesforce Lightning architecture and administration

•       Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (STR251 or equivalent)
and/or Certified Salesforce Architect

•       Extensive experience in Software project development lifecycle --
especially using Agile SCRUM

•       Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot or similar marketing automation technology
experience

•       IIBA Certified Business Analyst

•       Experience with internal global sales organizations, with complex
solutions sets (HW/SW/Services)

•       Project management skills; Client and Business plan management
proficiency
