*Job Description*

*Must have HCL and have Unemployment Insurance experience.  *

experience with systems consulting, development and systems engineering in
software projects technical design and development of Java based systems

Experience developing systems within the framework and governance of a
well-defined Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC)

Experience in the role of systems consultant on projects of high complexity
that typically have multiple concurrent and related activities

Delivery role handling complex Java projects

demonstrated technical experience with:

Java, JSP/Servlets, XML,

SOAP, Struts/Spring/Hibernate

Knowledge of Design Patterns, UML and Web Services.

Knowledge of Weblogic.

Understanding of SQL queries, Stored procedure, DB Design etc.

Knowledge of Junit Framework and Testing Techniques, Code-Coverage using
java based tools like Eclipse
