from potentially multiple data sources

• Transition developed reports and dashboards to the
Operations & Support team

• Provide support as required to ensure the
availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both
external and internal users

• Ensure proper configuration management and change
controls are implemented

• Provide technical assistance and cross training to
other team members

• Provide training, user documentation and assistance
to end users as required

• Design and implement technology best practices,
guidelines and repeatable processes

• Provide reporting, analysis and insightful
recommendations to business leaders on key performance metrics pertaining
to finance, Sales, Marketing, purchasing, manufacturing and warehouse
operations

• Lead and participate in new development requests,
enhancements, and project initiatives.

• Provide team leadership to BI staff while
collaborating and coordinating with other Business applications and End
