*Job Summary*
This is a lead java developer position. The developer will be working on
Michigan Liquor Control Commission's (MLCC) Sales, Inventory, Purchasing
System(SIPS) which is in construction in the Java environment. The
application is developed using Spring Framework 3.0 and Hibernate for the
Data Access Layer. The SIPS application will have interfaces to MLCC's
licensing application and also to external Authorized Dealer Agents(ADA)
using web services. SIPS follows Agile development methodology.
*Skills Required* : *JAVA 6.0* or later, *Spring* Framework 3.0 or later,
Spring Security, *Hibernate*, JPA, SiteMesh or familiarity with a similar
framework for the presentation layer, *Oracle 11G*, Agile
*Skills Preferred*: PL/SQL and SQL experience, Crystal reports,
Subversion
*Experience Required:* The candidate must have *at least 4-5 years* of
experience working in JEE technologies with at least 2+ years using Spring
framework and Spring Security. The candidate must be well-versed with
creating SOAP based web services. Agile Methodology development experience
will be a plus!
