Technical Architect-Expert-  Candidate must have a full 84 months work
experience  as a technical expert centered around Oracle, Java, J2EE

*PART B:   Requested Desirable  Qualifications:  *The numbered
qualifications below are not mandatory, but candidates should meet or
exceed in duration and skill set target asked for, at least 4 of numbers 1
through 7.





1.  84 months overseeing development progress on medium to large-scale
technical projects and assuring deliverables and project scope are met and
well documented

2.  84 months of experience in the design, implementation and
deployment of *Java/J2EE
web applications, and web services*.

3.  60 months experience in developing *Oracle database schemas, tables,
procedures and permissions*.

4.  60 months of *application testing* experience including design and
implementation of unit, integration and *load testing plans*

5.  60 months experience designing secure applications. Experience should
include the use of *security APIs*, transport and message layer *security,
encryption and decryption algorithms for data security.*

6.  60 months or more of working on large scale projects which require
integration of multiple authentication sources and single sign on.
Experience with *SAML*, Multi factor authentication.

7.  60 months or more of using *version/source control, continuous
integration, deployment and testing*.
