This request is for a Talend developer who can develop/deliver as well as
train/mentor our developers). Usage should include Talend with Big Data as
well as file to file transformations for large file (~32 GB) without using
Big Data.
Also experience with Java is required as the team is working with multiple
IT departments to build back-end File based and Java based service. (No UI).


candidate needs knowledge/experience with BigData, ETL and SOA architecture
concepts related around reliability, scalability, security, monitoring, etc.


background:

   - 2-3 years of Talend experience
   - 2-3 years of experience working with Java
   - 5-7 years of software development experience.
   - Senior level skills and experience as candidates need to lead Talend
   development
   - SOA design principles and best practices
   - Have expertise in large distributed systems, legacy experience is
   considered an asset
   - *Strong experience/background in usage of agile SDLC (usage of Rally)
   - *Have excellent verbal, written, and inter-personal communication
   skills
   - *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field and a
   minimum of
   - *Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
   - *This is a rapid development environment.
