· Work with a team of SMEs to gather and maintain requirements in HP
Quality Centers Requirement Tool. **
· Focus on the solutions from the customer’s point of view to ensure
the deliverables bring real value to the customers. **
· Work closely with the testing team to develop clear requirements
for the purpose of test case generation.
1. Comfortable and confident using industry standard requirement tools
2. Proven experience working with complex systems and the solution
development life cycle
3. Internal drive, intellectual curiosity, ability to learn, and desire to
help the customers succeed
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
5. Ability to quickly understand complex systems and be able to explain them
to varying customers
6. Strong analytical skills
7. Perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision
8. Strong multi-tasking skills
9. Familiarity with the health insurance industry

1. Microsoft Office Suite
2. Experience with a HP IBM Requirement Tools.**
