*Qualifications:*

. Associates Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

. 2+ years programming experience using VB.Net.

. Strong scoping, estimation, and testing/QA skills.

. Knowledge of various UI platforms including WPF/Win
Forms/Web/Web Services.

. Strong knowledge of XML and Xpath.

. Strong code analysis skills.

. Strong understanding of OO programming and design patterns.

. Familiar with SQL Server Query Language as well as stored
procedures.

. Ability to multi-task and practice good time management
skills, both individually and as part of a team.

. Good written and verbal communication skills

*NEED USC  GC ONLY*

   - 8+ years’ experience developing .NET based solutions using C#, ASP.NET
   and technologies like WPF, WCF, multi-threading, web services, ideally in
   the financial industry
   - Good knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL queries on Oracle 11g database.
   Understanding of Oracle database and experience working with sqls, stored
   procedures, functions
   - Hands-on working experience with TFS and continuous integration is
   desired
   - Familiarity with Test Driven Development fundamentals, including the
   creation and management of tests using popular testing frameworks (VS.Net,
   nUnit)
   - Exposure to Batch job management
   - Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle
   - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
   - Ability to communicate clearly with business users, peers and project
   managers
   - Demonstrated statistical and analytical problem solving skills.
   - Excellent Communication skills and self-driven.
