*Tester:*

              technical documentation and project processDevelops and
maintains user and documentation for Application Teams

              applications and /or technology and are able toUnderstand
the user’s view of put procedures in a logical sequence



Senior(60-84 months):



•             Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide
leadership for others; may have advanced education





*Requested Qualifications:*

Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field

•             Please provide a copy of your diploma with the submittal of
the FORM-2

Sixty (60) months experiences analyzing software specifications and
documentation to ensure completeness of system testability and to gain an
understanding of the business processes needed to be verified during
product test activities.

Sixty (60) months experience defining test cases, test matrices,
configuration test questionnaires, and writes test scripts from business
documentation to confirm that the application has meet business objectives.
Execute test scripts with little supervision.

Sixty (60) months experience in developing testing metrics for project
management in order to assess stability and status of all testing
activities. Experience should include managing defect tracking, validating
and reporting out results.

Forty-eight (48)months experience in *Ad Hoc testing.  Ad Hoc testing, for
this purpose, refers to the “break me” testing activities without following
any formal test cases.   *

*Forty-eight (48)months experience identifying software issues and entering
defects in a defect management system (HP Quality Center or a similar
product).*

*Forty-eight (48)months experience accessing Oracle databases using SQL
Developer, TOAD or a similar product.*
