Role:Software Architect - Siebel MDM/UCM Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: 5 months Rate: 65-70/hr Siebel or Customer Hub architect who can design at the data model level of the Customer Hub around email storage and e-mail preferences. Privacy Hub experience a plus. Skills: · * 7-10 years of related work experience in the areas of Master Data Management, Data Governance, Business Intelligence and/or Data Warehousing · * A minimum of 7 years' experience in a client-facing consulting delivery role managing in an onsite/offshore delivery model · * A minimum of 3 years' experience with a MDM tool required (Oracle, Informatica/Siperian or IBM MDM tools, etc. are acceptable) Must Haves: · Lead architectural experience on at least three Oracle/Siebel UCM Customer Master and Activity Hub implementations, with recent experience in Oracle Customer & Activity Hub UCM 8.2 · Lead and manage master data management and data governance projects through all phases of the project lifecycle from planning, blueprint planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live. · Expert knowledge of CDI architectures, Data Models · Lead MDM projects with blended onshore/offshore teams that range in size from 5 to 25 team members · Recommend data governance processes, organizational models, and MDM technology platforms to clients · Advise clients on leading practices for the implementation of data governance and master data management projects · Architect MDM solutions and provide business, governance and technical recommendations · Influence technology direction at the divisional or enterprise level based on broad expertise across multiple software platforms and technologies · Transfer knowledge and leading practices to clients · Expert knowledge of Oracle Customer Hub (UCM 8.2) architecture (Oracle Data Quality Server, Matching Server, Oracle Data Governance Manager, Third Party Enrichment, Data Sharing, External Applications, Integration) · Expertise in designing Batch and List Imports · Design and Configuration of Oracle Data Quality Server, Oracle Address Validation Server, Match, Merge, Survivorship Rules · Leading practice knowledge around customizing Siebel Customer Data Model, addition of custom fields to the model and UCM user interface · Knowledge of integrating UCM with other systems - Designing UCM web services, SOAP Messages, XML, CMML, WSDL, publish and subscribe mechanisms, Siebel EAI, EIM · Privacy Management in UCM · Over 10 years of progressive IT experience · Work with C-level, VP-level, and Director-level executives on a daily basis · Develop written proposals, deliver those proposals through oral presentation and write statements of work · ""Whiteboard"" with clients through the conceptualization, design and implementation of new systems, middleware, MDM, and business intelligence solutions Nice to Have: · 1. Knowledge of other MDM tools - SAP MDM, Siperian/Informatica MDM Hub, IBM WCC, Initiate etc · 2. Work experience in an Onshore/Offshore environment · 3.
