The right resource will have strong experience in Oracle Financials projects and be able to evaluate the level of effort needed to complete Oracle Apps technical development tasks. This resource will also need to manage and coordinate resources that are both on/off shore. Client is also implementing Oracle Exadata, so being able to coordinate resources between the two projects would be needed. Strong technical experience with Oracle Apps is a big plus, but this isn't a hands on development role.
