   - Proficient in the use of Team Foundation Server for ALM.
   - Design, create, optimize, and maintain SQL 2008 databases. Proficient
   in development of stored procedures, triggers, functions etc.
   - Perform unit and functional testing on developed applications.
   - Comprehend complex business issues and translate business needs into
   understandable requirements.
   - Translate requirements into information technology solutions.
   - Good communication skills, written and verbal.
   - Perform these functions with minimal supervision.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS
