*Skills Required and Job Description:*

*MOI Telephonic Followed by face to face*

Should have:
1) Selenium or Watir
2) Basic programming in Java

3) Experience testing a Reporting, data warehouse, or BI application *OR*
should have Hadoop or HBase experience



* Qualifications: *4+ years hands on QA/Testing Experience BA/BS degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology,or related field or equivalent
experience
2 - 3 years test automation experience
Ability to write code in a minimum of one structured programming language
(Java preferred) for the
purpose of testing web services
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities

*Preferred:*

Agile process experience
Experience testing applications developed using Open Source Technologies in
a large scale transaction
environment (Linux, Apache, Java, MySQL, NoSQL)
Prior experience with open-source test automation tools (e.g. Selenium)
Experience with Linux/Unix Environments
Experience with Hadoop/Hbase
Experience with MySQL and/or MongoDB.
Experience with Configuration Management (i.e., SVN)
Experience with Release Management process/methodology.

*Title: Software Tester with Agile POS (Point of Sales)*
Location: Bentonville, AR
Duration: 6 months

*Rate: $40/hr C2C*

 *Must have experience in Retail industry***

*6-8 years of software testing experience.***

Experience in estimation techniques like use case estimation, function point
estimation etc. Allocates tasks to testing resources and monitors execution
progress

Demonstrate and encourage the use of testing best practices and continuous
improvement
Expertise in test management tools like HP Quality Center, Rational Test
Manager etc.
Ability to provide concise and accurate status reports for testing effort to
the client
Review content and structure of all Testing documents and reports.
Motivate team members.
Identify and analyze issues, and escalates risk related to testing tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in preparing test plans and test schedules.
Knowledge of the principles of Quality Processes and Configuration
Management
Experience in retail domain will be an added advantage
