· Act as both Technical Team Lead and a developer

· Lead both the development and support teams though the project
lifecycle

*Minimum Qualifications*

· 5+ years working as a developer with PeopleTools 8.5+ and
Peoplesoft Applications version 9.x+

· 2+ years leading PeopleSoft development teams

· Strong Peoplecode, Application Engine, Component Interface skills

· Strong SQL and relational database knowledge using Oracle 11g

*REQ. SKILLS**:Lead PeopleSoft Developer - Human Capital Management
(HCM) *

*OVERVIEW
*Client is currently using Oracle PeopleSoft HCM version 9.0 and is
starting the upgrade to HCM version 9.2.  The upgrade will include retro
fitting prior customizations and enhancements as well as designing and
building solutions for new requirements. Client is seeking a highly
qualified individual with extremely strong technical expertise to assist in
the upgrade development. Qualified candidates must have prior relevant
experience in the areas described below.

Key qualifications related to the individual Consultant(s) assigned to
perform services outlined herein include:

Extremely strong skills in all aspects of PeopleSoft development, including
but not limited to PeopleTools, COBOL, SQR, Integration Broker, Web
Services, Application Engine, Crystal and XML publisher.

Requirements:
1. Expert technical knowledge in all technical areas of PeopleSoft,
including strong experience in XML publisher.
2. Experience with 8.51 tools or higher
3. Higher Education sector experience
4. Experience of PeopleSoft HCM in either version 9.0 or 9.1
5. Ability to assist/mentor junior members of the application development
team.
6. Ability to take input from the client's functional specification and
develop detailed technical solutions and technical design documents.
7. Ability to lead review/design meetings to find technical solutions to
problems and enhancement requests.
8. Ability to lead development initiatives as needed.
9. Experience of integrating PeopleSoft HCM to PeopleSoft FIN and Student
systems
