Qualifications:

(or relevant practical experience) plus 8 years of total IT experience. We

and implementing CRM solutions from enhancement, bug fixes, to implementation

a)This requirement is for Salesforce.com SERVICE CLOUD Consultants, 
preferably with Service Cloud Certification.  If not Service Cloud Certified, 
then we need at least ADM201 Certification with hands-on Service Cloud Project 
experience.



b) it is of a Senior Salesforce.com (SFDC) Service Cloud Consultant



c)As a Service Cloud Consultant, should have driven or played an 
integral role in a minimum of 4 different Salesforce.com implementations, of 
not less than 4 months each.



d)Total IT industry experience of at least 10 years, with at least 
5 of those in Salesforce.com.



e)The people we need are Senior SFDC Service Cloud Consultants who 
have been the Lead BSA/Consultant/Designer in at least a bare minimum of 3 
implementations.



f)Knowledge of SFDC platform - should have experience working with 
SFDC objects, configuration and administration essentials.  Apex/Visual Force 
knowledge will be advantageous but Not mandatory.



g) Ability to capture requirements from business users - 
requirements may pertain to implementation of SFDC Service Cloud.



h)Knowledge of Requirements Analysis and Management processes:  
  Important!  --  very  hands-on experience and high degree of comfort in  
preparing Requirement artifacts like BRD, SRS (Functional requirements), Gap 
analysis documents/Use-cases, and Design documentation.



i)Experience in interacting with Business teams and Users across 
different geographies, and in coordinating and managing end-to-end 
Requirements-gathering sessions.



j) Important!   --   Very good Experience in doing Solution Design 
for Service Cloud in SFDC based on a BRD  -  need to be able to build prototype 
configurations in SFDC as part of Design phase.



k) Good communication and analytical skills are a Must -  the 
person should be able to grasp user requirements quickly, and also be able to 
present information to users effectively during design / prototype reviews / 
JAD sessions.



l)Experience in Onsite-Offshore coordination:  
Coordinate with Development/Configuration and Testing teams during build and 
deployment phases of the project.  Also, will need to liaison between IT and 
business teams to help clarify questions and requirements.
