Adding mergJson external to standalone

[Skip Kimpel]

I am trying to build a standalone (windows) using 8.1.1 and I am getting
errors when I try to run it.  I have isolated it down to calling a
mergJson function within my app but not having it included in my standalone
package.

Any advice? Things seemed to have changed since the last time I have done
this in LC v7
