I just confirmed this. In the IDE, if the CEF browser window is open and you 
try to quit livecode, it crashes the IDE. Closing the browser window before 
quitting does not cause the crash. So, it’s great that revBrowserCEF is now 
working with Flash, but the final tweek is that something needs to close the 
browser window when the quit or purge command is given.

I’ve noted this on an update the the bug 14351.

Monte and RunRev have been working on this. He has to re-build his
externals before this'll work. I've been waiting 4 weeks for RunRev to fix
this and now, through no fault of his, I have to wait until Monte gets his
wonderful externals updated.

The revBrowserCEF is still not ready for prime time. Crashes the IDE. There is 
a bug report on it.

(sorry, Monte). An error occurs when building the app *only* if these externals 
are included (this is LC 6.7.3 and 7.0.3 only; LC 6.7.2 builds just fine). So 
I’m not sure if there is an actual bug in LC or if there’s a problem with the 
externals or what. I just submitted a new report with a sample stack. We’ll see 
what they say.

I was anxious to try 6.7.3 because of an issue I was having where apps built 
with 6.7.2 would not run on an iPad 1. Now I’m getting this issue, which does 
not occur with 6.7.2. Same app, same build settings.

I will go ahead and file a bug report. Anyone else having this problem?

Dear List Members,

We're pleased to announce the release of LiveCode 6.7.3 and 7.0.3. This
release is a maintenance release that contains one primary fix to the
externals issue in iOS 64 bit standalones. We chose to skip 7.0.2 GM to
keep the 6.7.x and 7.0.x series in sync.

To get the release please select "check for updates" from the "help" menu
in the product or download the installer directly at:
http://downloads.livecode.com
