You can do it easy with Data Grid Helper. It's very helpful tool working with 
DataGrids with a lot of futures.

Unicode in datagrid headers

Hi,

I need to display unicodeText in datagrid headers. I currently us  the 
dgColumnLabel property. Is there an easy way to feed that with unicode text?
