I'm wondering if anyone has been experiencing this problem and knows how to solve it. I've got 2 customers, one is using Windows Vista Home Premium and the other is using Windows Vista Business. They both experience the same problem with JPEGCompress 2.9. They can launch the program once, use it just fine, and then close it. When they attempt to launch the program again, they get a Windows error message saying that the program cannot be opened. Thanks Scott. I just created a system profiler that generates a report about nearly every aspect of the system and emails it to me. I just finished testing it on XP Home and Vista Home Premium and it worked wonderfully.
