  error: Terminal is dumb but no VISUAL nor EDITOR defined.
  Please supply the message using either -m or -F option.
 
 
 There are quite a few command lines programs that do this - any way to
 hook
 things up so that Rev acts as the editor - so you can shell(someshell)
 and
 when shell asks for an editor? Not sure how to handle it?
