have you looked into http://cwiki.apache.org/GMOxDOC21/configuring-security.html
although it doesn't cover moving certificates from server to server
specifically it provides common administrative tasks for managing certificates
and other security configurations.
Let us know what other topics you would like to see covered in the
documentation.
