resource adapter for communicating with the Oracle Advance queue

Is there a resource adapter available for communicating with the Oracle
Advance queue?  
There were none available for the older versions of Geronimo (1.1.1).  Is
there one available for Geronimo 2.X

Not from the Geronimo project. In general, you'd get the RA from  
Oracle and deploy it on a Geronimo server. Is this not working?
