Create new entity in ofbiz

Hello, Should it be easy to print from the webpos to a ticket or label printer attached to the USB or RS232 port? (if my ofbiz is hosted in an outside company) Someone an idea? Anyone an idea how i get the sales tax or TVA in this case, added to the prices from the products in the webpos ? I switched it already to EURO. Tried all possibilities i guess but never appears the TAX.
