Re: OFBiz as OMS

2020-10-06 Thread Devanshu Vyas
Hello,

We have completed yet another session on the OFBiz as OMS series and
today's topic was real-time inventory visibility (extended) Some of the
points we covered in the session were: -- How does it help in keeping your
promise with the customer? -- How does it help in making modern customer
journeys possible such as BOPIS(Buy Online Pickup in-Store), Endless Aisle,
and BORIS(Buy Online Return in-Store)? -- How the available Data Model +
Services + Application Layer helps you validating the support availability
and making delivery possible in an Agile way? A special thank you to Ankush
Upadhyay for sharing his experiences with the OFBiz community. The video
recording is now available on Youtube and here is the link:

Thanks & Regards,
Devanshu Vyas.

Re: OFBiz Definition

2020-10-06 Thread vinuthomas2008
Hi Jacques,

Not really.

I am looking to start a SaaS business around OfBiz. Wanted to focus on the
CRM module but dont see it.

So basically trying to figure out what kind of business can I run around it.

BTW, I think i should have joined OfBiz years ago. Its Apache license is
flexible enough for small entrepreneurs like me.
