And best would be, when Alvaro could point the new OM admins to this place at

It looks like you are correct. Upgraded to a more recent version and the links
now resolve to a new tab.

I should have upgraded and checked prior.

Hello Aaron,

What version are you using?

Just have checked using latest 4.0.4-SNAPSHOT - it creates links with
target="_blank" attribute set

So everything should work as expected

According to links in documents: right now documents are being created as
background images for WB

This allows to draw/type on WB as well as perform "Clean slide" action

Creating editable WB documents will require much more efforts

Maybe in some future versions

On the same lines. When uploading a file word document or power point, can it
be easily made to make the document "interactive" As someone posts a word
documents with Useful Links, but the links themselves are not "clickable" in
the document and the individuals have to type them in to another browser

Hi Maxim (and everyone). I think that's a good idea. Can you just add a
menu for Configuration->Privacy Policy?

Also, if the language in the google doc is now correct I will delete all of
the crossed out text. Let me know if anyone has any other comments,
suggestions, or objections.

Thanks to everyone. Dan

I'm afraid there might be misunderstanding here
I was talking about OM site (not OM admin area)

https://builds.apache.org/view/M-R/view/OpenMeetings/job/OpenMeetings%204.0.x/site/openmeetings-server/index.html

Please let me know if instructions are clear :)
PRs are welcome :)

 I reviewed all of your changes and made some additional changes. So
 please take a look. There are a few questions I asked, which you'll

 those.

 If anyone else would like to comment, please do so. The document is
