Kind of like in Linux, as soon as you add a user to a particular group, it will be able to appear & act as such is this what you were questioning? I'm open to hearing other suggestions, too! I was able to test this on a Mac and it worked properly. I uploaded files
into both "Room Files" and "Group Files" and was able to drag them into the
whiteboard. So it worked on the demo instance.
I also tried on my prod server and worked as well. Maxim - have you already
made the changes to my server?

I just did the latest snapshot and the import worked as expected using the UI. I would say I had a corrupted back-up was the reason for the failure of placing profiles in the right area. I can confirm the whiteboard issue is resolved when creating a new WB an image will be uploaded. But now I see a new "clean up" item that may need to be addressed when ever time allows as this is not really a big issue. When you delete files and drag them up to the garbage, they files get deleted, but it looks like it leaves remnants of their file name and image icon stuck between the folder icons and where My files start (See attached) Once you exit and come back in, that is gone, so not really an issue.
