Re: new installl doc conversion not working
I wouldn't recommend to run any "internet" service using root user I would use special user or `nobody` folder permission should correlate with the user who run the service ... Re: [DISCUSSION] download whiteboard as png
Hello All, Here are some details by default Tomcat has limitation of 2Mb for post data [1] (maxPostSize) You can change this in OM 4.0.x by changing conf/jee-container.xml You need to add to '' This should fix Huge PDF download According to PNG download: it can be done "by click" BUT It will only 100% work if it will be dobe "via server" i.e. 1) image will be prepared in client's browser 2) uploaded to server 3) then immediately downloaded This "server round trip" might be very expensive You can see how proposed pop-up dialog will look like [2] I can update demo-next with working prototype so you can try it :) [1] https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-9.0-doc/config/http.html [2] https://www.dropbox.com/s/r3pbftfvbp1fdj7/DownloadAsPng.png?dl=0 On Fri, 22 Feb 2019 at 01:46, Daniel Ascher wrote: > Okay. Re: new installl doc conversion not working
I guess you trying to upload office document to the room white board In this case uploaded file will be displayed in room file tree In case conversion fails you will find "alert" icon on the right side of the file name Click this icon and you will see conversion log in pop-up dialog :) Alternatively you can check log/openmeetings.log file on the server On Mon, 25 Feb 2019 at 21:00, Thomas Judge wrote: > > oh Maxim, thanks for your response. where would i find the logs pls??? > > > On Mon, Feb 25, 2019 at 8:39 AM Maxim Solodovnik wrote: >> >> Hello Thomas, >> >> I guess you mean jodconverter doesn't work for you ... >> Can you provide conversion error logs? >> >> On Mon, 25 Feb 2019 at 19:13, Thomas Judge wrote: >> > >> > Hi I just tried an install of the latest OM version but the joddoc >> > conversion does not appear to be working. the documentation said it was >> > supposidley included, any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks >> >> >> >> -- >> WBR >> Maxim aka solomax -- WBR Maxim aka solomax
